Nicholas Whited, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Sr. HR Business Partner for Global Sales & Marketing at MRI Software while also working as a Franchisee at Patrice and Associates Franchising Inc. Nicholas has extensive experience in human resources management, including roles as HR Manager at Avantor and Dura-Line, and HR/OD Manager at Alco Manufacturing Corporation. Additionally, Nicholas has entrepreneurial experience as the Owner/CEO of Aqueous Consulting LLC and previously owned Kids-Canvas. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Hiram College, complemented by an Associate's degree and high school education in Accounting and Business/Management.
