Zach Tejral is currently employed as an xEVA Space Suit Engineer at MRI since March 2021. Previously, Zach worked as a Senior Satellite Communications Engineer at GHG Corporation from October 2019 to December 2020 and served as an EVA Systems and Test Engineer at MRI from July 2017 to October 2019. Earlier experience includes a role as a Payload Integration Engineer at MEI Technologies, Inc. from September 2013 to July 2017, and internships at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory and NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in 2012. Zach began a career in aerospace as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the ERAU - Space Physics Research Lab from 2009 to 2012 and also completed an internship at Raydon Corporation. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Purdue University (2022-2023), a Master of Engineering in Space Operations from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (2014-2016), and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (2009-2013).
