Annette Wehrli

Annette joined MRINetwork in 2002 as a board of directors program manager, where she applied her consulting and coaching experience to help MRINetwork offices partner with their peers to improve their organizational success. Through a variety of roles with MRI, she has played a critical role in developing and overseeing many of the leadership and culture programs most valued by our international Network, including our Owner-to-Owner peer groups and NextGen succession planning.

In 2021 she was promoted to Senior Director, Organizational Effectiveness & Leadership and joined the MRINetwork senior leadership team. Annette’s focus is on the continued identification and development of programs and initiatives to support MRINetwork’s member firms through business strategy, leadership and team development, and organizational health. Her natural ability to connect with people and inspire change through influence has significantly benefitted the MRI Corporate team and Network firms.

Before joining MRINetwork, Annette worked both internally and externally with Accenture, where she guided large organizations through business strategy and change management initiatives. Annette is a graduate of Ball State University, where she studied Psychology before pursuing advanced coursework in organization development from Loyola University of Chicago. She is a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation.
