Emily Phair

With her in-depth industry knowledge and a high-energy profile, Emily has a highly successful track record of providing strategic solutions in the talent access space. Her primary focus at MRI will focus on the strategic growth of the Network by attracting new members and further establishing and strengthening the collective hiring brand in the marketplace.

With over 15 years of industry experience in executive search, firm ownership and corporate environments, Emily recognizes the importance of innovation within the dynamic and changing recruitment landscape. She is a visionary and collaborative leader who has successfully led diverse teams of recruitment, research and data analytics professionals across disciplines, geographies and business units.

Reporting to Chief Vision Officer Joe Mullings, Emily is charged with conveying the MRI advantage to prospective new members of the Network. Based in Canada, she has developed a wide range of contacts throughout both Canada and the US. Her reputation in the industry for integrity, professionalism and getting results allows her to attract the high-level performers valued by the Network in meeting its growth goals.

Emily holds a B.A. degree from Western University in London, Ontario.
