Abigail Campbell

Abigail Campbell has a diverse work experience starting from 2018. Abigail began their career as a Retail Sales Assistant at L.K.Bennet in 2018 and worked there until 2019. In 2019, Abigail joined the Strathclyde Business Clinic as a Business Consultant, where they provided independent business advice and solutions to a Scottish company. Abigail gained valuable experience in leading a consultant team and enhancing their communication skills with professionals. During the same period, they also became the President of the Human Resource Management Society at the University of Strathclyde, where they focused on building a sense of community among HR students and networking with HR professionals. Abigail's most recent role is as an HR/People Executive at MRM Global, where they contributed to the company's people agenda and worked on various projects, including running engagement surveys and supporting managers in implementing a consistent approach to people management. Currently, Abigail is working as a People & Culture Advisor at MRM Global, where they report directly to the Head of People and is involved in developing and delivering people processes and policies to enhance the company's culture.

Abigail Campbell attended the University of Strathclyde from 2017 to 2021, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource and Management.
