Dmitry Ravcheev has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Dmitry began their career as a Software Developer at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory in 2006. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Junior Researcher at the Institute for Information Transmission Problems. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Sanford-Burnham Medical Research Institute. Dmitry then worked as a Research Fellow at the National University of Ireland, Galway from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Bioinformatics Scientist at MicroGen Biotech and as a Senior Scientist at MRM Health.
Dmitry Ravcheev began their education in 1998, when they earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Biochemistry and Virology from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU). Dmitry continued their studies at MSU, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biology and Bioinformatics in 2006.
