Kathryn McIlroy

Kathryn McIlroy has a diverse work experience. Kathryn started their career at MRP in 2015 as a Senior Solutions Sales Specialist, focusing on Dell EMC. In this role, they were responsible for lead generation, analyzing customer needs, and creating marketing qualified leads. Kathryn also supported distributors and partners for lead channel management. Kathryn then transitioned to become the EMEA Team Lead, managing a team and overseeing operations. In 2018, Kathryn took on the role of Senior Team Lead - EMEA Operations, where they are currently working. Additionally, in 2018, they briefly worked as a Senior Solutions Sales Specialist in the EMEA Business Development division. In 2022, they worked as an Associate Director of Sales at Corporate Tax Incentives for a few months before returning to MRP as a Senior Team Lead.

Kathryn McIlroy completed their Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations at Ulster University from 2011 to 2015. Kathryn then attended PCI College, where they obtained a Certificate in Counselling & Psychotherapy from 2022 to 2023. Kathryn continued their education at PCI College, earning a BSc Honours in Psychotherapy from 2023 to 2027. Prior to their college studies, they attended Cross & Passion College, Ballycastle from 2007 to 2009, completing their High School A-Levels.
