Currently serving as President & CEO of Mrs. Fields Famous Brands and as a Multi-Unit Franchise Owner at Ellie Mental Health, Lewis has held pivotal roles in various organizations, including President & CEO of Smalls Sliders and President & CEO of Twist Brands. Lewis's legal background includes positions as Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel and Vice President & General Counsel at Smoothie King, where the brand received numerous accolades for its franchise model. Additionally, Lewis contributes to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at Louisiana State University and is involved in the International Franchise Association's Franchise Relations Committee.
