In addition, it has four subsidiaries, including Pskovenergosbyt, Pskovenergoagregat, Energo service Severo-Zapada OAO and Lesnaya skazka OAO. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's major shareholder was Holding MRSK OAO with a stake of 55.38%.
