Frangky Ertanto has a diverse work experience in various companies. Frangky started their career in 2013 as a Media and Government Relations Officer at PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk, where they focused on regulatory compliance and improving the company's media monitoring and corporate website. In 2015, they joined PT. Pindad (Persero) as a Corporate Communications Specialist, where they served as a Personal Assistant and Executive Secretary to the Director of Commercial and later became a Personal Assistant to the Chief of Executive Officer. Frangky evaluated and improved internal and external communication materials during their time there. Frangky then moved to PT. MRT Jakarta in 2018, where they held various roles, including Corporate Management Specialist, responsible for providing minutes for Board of Directors' meetings and external communication materials. Currently, they are working as the Head of Customer Relationship Management and previously served as a Station Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ASEAN MRT Station and the Bundaran HI MRT Station.
