Kadita Ayuverda has substantial experience in operations and customer service within the transportation industry. Currently serving at PT. MRT Jakarta since October 2018 as an Operation Control Center Passenger Dispatcher, Kadita previously worked as a Customer Service representative at PT Airlines GSA Indonesia from April to November 2017 and completed an internship at Cathay Pacific Airways in late 2015. Kadita holds a Magister Management degree from Universitas Mercu Buana, earned from 2017 to 2020, and a Bachelor's degree in Air Transportation Management from Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Transportasi Trisakti, completed in 2016.
