M.psi Rendi Alhial Chrm

Rendi Alhial, M.Psi, CHRM has a diverse work experience in various companies. Rendi currently holds the position of Human Capital Division Head at PT. MRT Jakarta, where they manage a team. Prior to this, Rendi served as the Corporate Secretary Division Head and Board of Commissioners Secretary at the same company. Rendi also has experience as the Human Capital Services Department Head and Human Resources Department Head at PT. MRT Jakarta. Before joining PT. MRT Jakarta, Rendi worked as an HR Operation Specialist at PT Chandra Sakti Utama Leasing and as an HR Planning & Development Supervisor at PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia. Rendi also served as a Training and Development Consultant at EXPERD Consultant and as an Academic Support Unit Staff at the University of Indonesia.

Rendi Alhial, M.Psi, CHRM has a strong educational background in psychology. Rendi earned their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. After that, they pursued a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the same university, completing their studies from 2008 to 2011.

In addition to their academic degrees, Rendi Alhial has obtained various certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. These certifications include "Introduction to Data Studio" from Google Analytics obtained in September 2021, "Improving Your Business Through a Culture of Health" from HarvardX - An Online Learning Initiative by Harvard University through edX obtained in June 2019, and "Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB)" from Unotalent Indonesia obtained in February 2019.

Rendi is also a Certified Human Resources Management Supervisor accredited by Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi, which they obtained in January 2016. Furthermore, Rendi Alhial has acquired additional certifications such as "Targetted Selection" from Daya Dimensi Indonesia in October 2013, "Adult Clinical Psychologist" from Himpunan Psikologi Indonesia (HIMPSI) in August 2011, and "Certified Human Resources Management Manager" also from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi obtained in December 2019.
