Michael Riverdo Hutauruk

Michael Riverdo Hutauruk has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Project Supervisory at Prasetya Gema Mulya, managing design, contract, and project master plan for high-risk buildings. In 2010, they joined Pura Mayungan, where they served as Tech Support & Buss Develop, handling electrical equipment manufacturing and distribution.

In 2010, Michael joined APRIL as an Electrical Engineer and Graduate Trainee, supporting the company's operations in the Pulp & Paper industry. Michael Riverdo then worked at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company as a Power House Engineer, responsible for managing various systems related to tire production.

From 2015 to 2018, Michael served as a Compliance Supervisor at Li & Fung Limited, leading audits, training, and consulting in the areas of social compliance, security, and health & safety. Michael Riverdo then briefly worked as an Auditor at ELEVATE Global in 2018.

In 2019, Michael joined Sabena Cipta as a Compliance Manager before transitioning to the role of Safety Health Environment Specialist at PT. MRT Jakarta in the same year. Currently, they hold the position of Section Head at PT. MRT Jakarta.

Michael Riverdo Hutauruk completed their education in a chronological order. Michael Riverdo obtained their Junior School education from SDN Pembina Luwuk during the period of 1991 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended TK Agape Luwuk in the year 1990, but no degree or field of study information is available for that level. Later, they pursued their Middle School education at both SMPN 2 Luwuk (1997-1998) and SMP Mutiara 17 Agustus Bekasi (1998-2000). Moving on, they completed their High School from SMAN 1 Bekasi from 2000 to 2003.

For higher education, Hutauruk attended Universitas Sam Ratulangi from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. After a break in their educational journey, they pursued further studies at The University of Riau from 2012 to 2013, graduating with a Master's degree in Management.

In addition to their formal education, Hutauruk also obtained various certifications. These include certifications in incident investigation, fire class response, occupational health and safety, and electrical and chemical expertise. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia, Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP), and Asian Pacific Resources International Holding Limited (APRIL). The certifications were obtained between 2010 and 2023, with the most recent certifications obtained in August 2023.
