Muchamad Iqbal Bimo Arifianto has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Muchamad Iqbal started their career in 2011 as a Management Trainee at PT. Serasi Autoraya and worked their way up to become the After Sales Head Bus Operation and later the Fleet Network Supervisor. In 2015, they joined PT. MRT Jakarta as a Depot and Equipment Engineer and eventually became the Head of Station Service Department. Recently, they have held the positions of Head of Operation Control Centre Departement and currently serves as the Head of Customer Engagement Division at PT. MRT Jakarta.

Muchamad Iqbal Bimo Arifianto completed their high school education at 78 Senior High School Jakarta from 2004 to 2007, where they studied science. Muchamad Iqbal then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Indonesia from 2007 to 2011. After completing their undergraduate studies, they continued their education at the University of Indonesia and obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Industrial Engineering from 2015 to 2017.
