Maria Fernanda Nazareth Menin Teixeira de Souza Maia

Maria Fernanda Nazareth Menin Teixeira de Souza Maia holds a law degree from Faculdade Milton Campos in 2001 and a postgraduate degree in Economics and Business Law from FGV in 2003. She is an effective member of the Corporate Law Committee of the OAB/MG. She joined MRV Serviços de Engenharia Ltda. in 1997, as an intern at the Collection Department. During this period she held the positions of Legal Department Intern, Legal Assistant, Legal Department Coordinator, Legal Superintendent and Legal Executive Manager. She was elected to the position of Chief Legal Officer of our Company at the Board of Directors' meeting held on May 4, 2010, a position she held until December 16, 2019. At the Extraordinary General Meeting held on the same date, Maria Fernanda was elected as Board Member of the Company, position held to date.
