Karla Strand, DPhil, MLIS, currently serves as the Interim Collection Development Officer at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where responsibilities include managing the collections budget, setting policy, and advising the Associate Dean for Collections. Strand has extensive experience in library services, including roles such as Gender and Women's Studies Librarian and Head of Memorial Library Collections and Liaison Services.
