Antonia Hold

Antonia Hold is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at MS Reinsurance since April 2021, Antonia previously held the position of Human Resources Director at JLL from September 2018 to January 2020. Prior to this, Antonia was Managing Director at Hold Consulting and held significant roles at Prudential plc, including Head of HR for Africa and Senior Manager for Group Talent Management. Other notable positions include HR Business Partner at Zurich Financial Services and Consultant at Swiss Management Forum. Antonia's career began at Swisscom AG as a Management Assistant and Project Coordinator. Antonia holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Bern, where studies were completed from 1999 to 2006, along with academic pursuits at Sapienza Università di Roma.
