Deborah Hatfield

Deborah Hatfield is a seasoned civil engineer with over 30 years of experience in design and construction across a variety of development projects. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at MSA Professional Services since September 2023, Deborah has held significant roles in several firms, including Senior Civil Engineer at Emmons and Olivier Resources and Senior Engineer at Montgomery Associates: Resource Solutions, LLC. With a strong background in project management and expertise in both private and public infrastructure, Deborah's earlier positions included managing large residential and commercial developments at Mayo Corporation and founding Hatfield Engineering, Inc., where oversight of civil engineering projects was a primary responsibility. Deborah earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan from 1974 to 1978.
