Carlos Minto

Carlos Minto is a seasoned professional in quality management and engineering, currently serving as Global Supplier Quality Manager at MSA - The Safety Company since December 2021. Prior to this role, Carlos held positions at McLaren Automotive Ltd as SQA Manager, overseeing the quality of chassis suppliers and leading a team to support the production of various high-performance vehicles. Experience at 3M included leadership in the automotive division, managing P&L and process KPIs. Carlos also served as Plant Manager at Keiper, successfully launching a plant for Volkswagen's export program, and held various roles at Volkswagen do Brasil and General Motors, where key contributions included supplier parts qualification and manufacturing line startups. Carlos holds a degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in Electronics from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
