Courtney Bologna

Courtney (Waters) Bologna has accumulated extensive experience in engineering roles at MSA - The Safety Company since May 2011, serving as an Engineering Project Specialist and Staff Engineer, along with an Industrial Engineering Co-op position. In this capacity, Courtney supported Operations activities during the Deliver Phase of the PrimaX IR Sensor new product development, facilitating Pilot/Beta and Stock builds of the Sensor and associated accessories. Prior to this, Courtney worked at Outback Steakhouse from May 2008 to December 2012, where responsibilities included serving food and managing customer take-out orders as well as leading fellow hostesses to enhance operational efficiency. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and the Swanson School of Engineering, respectively, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the same institution.
