Heather Shale

Heather Shale, PHR, is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Analyst at MSA - The Safety Company since July 2022, Heather previously held multiple roles at Sheetz from September 2004 to July 2022, including Compensation and Compliance Manager, Compensation Manager, and HR Data Supervisor. Earlier in her career, Heather served as Benefits Manager at Allegis Group from 1996 to 2003. Heather holds a degree in Health and Policy Administration from Penn State University and graduated with honors from Altoona Area High School.
