Kati Halterman, MBA, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Team Leader for the Americas at MSA - The Safety Company, a position held since August 2022, after progressing through roles such as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and Talent Acquisition Strategic Sourcing Specialist II. Prior experience includes working as a Recruiter at Argo AI and as a Senior Recruiter at QNS Recruiting and Medix™, where a focus on the chemical and biotechnology sectors was maintained. Kati began a career in recruitment as a Campus Manager at University Tees. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources and Strategy from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience and Psychology from Allegheny College.
