Hassan Ayinde

Hassan Ayinde is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investment, partnership development, and advisory roles within the financial and health analytics sectors. Currently serving as an Advisor at M&S Biotics since May 2018, Hassan provides commercial guidance to an early stage health analytics platform. Previously, as Director at Wolters Kluwer from January 2018 to March 2023, Hassan led investment, partnership, and M&A activities focusing on enterprise Finance, Tax, and Accounting technology. Additional roles include Co-Chairman of the Audit Committee for the Accounting Blockchain Coalition (2019-2022), Director at Ascend Learning (2015-2018) where M&A execution was managed, Principal at The Parthenon Group (2013-2015) specializing in strategy consulting, and various positions in investment banking at JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, and Credit Suisse.
