Brian Foster

Brian Foster is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in HR Information Systems and consulting. Currently serving as the Global HRIS Manager at MSC Cruises, Brian has successfully implemented the company's first global HR system while managing a diverse portfolio of HR applications. Previously at Roche, Brian held multiple leadership roles, including Stream Lead for Payroll implementation across 17 countries in Latin America, and served as an Agile Coach within the Global HR IT department. Brian's career also includes ownership of MG Galerie, a Basel-based art gallery, and various positions at Nestlé S.A. and AdeConsult, focusing on SAP HR solutions and business analysis. Brian holds a Professional Certificate in Business Analysis from Duke University and has contributed to municipal governance as a City Counselor in Moudon.
