Maria Grazia Fancello serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at MSC Cruises since March 2024, bringing extensive experience in human resources from various leadership roles in multinational corporations. Prior to MSC Cruises, Maria Grazia held several senior positions at Cargill, including Director of SHR for Western Europe and Employee Relations Lead for EMEA, from October 2016 to March 2024. Previous roles include HR Director for EMEA at Eaton Corporation and multiple HR management positions at Alcoa. Academic credentials include a Law degree focused on Labor and Industrial Relations from Università degli Studi di Cagliari, complemented by a 2nd Level University Master’s Degree in International Industrial Relations and HR Management from the International Centre of Industrial Relations in Italy.
