Mark Zeller

Mark Zeller has significant experience in the hospitality and cruise industries, currently serving as Vice President of US Hotel Operations at MSC Cruises since June 2017. In this role, Zeller oversees guest experience, day-to-day operations, and P&L performance on assigned ships. Previously, Zeller held the position of Hotel Director at Celebrity Cruises, Inc. and Holland America Line, managing comprehensive hotel operations and financial performance on various vessels. Early career experience includes positions at Hilton Hotels Worldwide, coupled with an academic background in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Christelijke Hogeschool Nederland.
