Kristin Mink, MBA, PMP, CCMP, CSM, CSPO, is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in sales operations, project management, and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations Customer Performance at MSC Industrial Supply Co., Kristin holds end-to-end responsibility for customer opportunity-to-contract processes and is focused on optimizing MSC's response to customer needs. With a background that includes roles such as Senior Manager of Operational Excellence and various project management positions within EPMO and IT PMO, Kristin has led significant transformation programs and managed strategic initiatives. Kristin's extensive education includes a Master of Business Administration from The University of Arizona Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Management from the University at Albany, alongside numerous professional certifications in project and change management.
