Lars Koch

Lars Koch has extensive experience in the shipping and logistics industry. Lars is currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at MSC PSA European Terminal since January 2022. Prior to their current role, Lars was the Commercial Manager at the same company from January 2020 to January 2022. Before joining MSC PSA European Terminal, Lars worked as a Product Manager at APM Terminals from August 2017 to January 2020. Lars also held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Suez Canal Container Terminal from February 2013 to August 2017. Lars has also worked at APM Terminals as a Global Client Director from February 2010 to January 2013. At Maersk Line, Lars served as the Head of Centre Equipment Management from March 2008 to February 2010. Lars had previously worked as a Director at Maersk Benelux B.V. from 2000 to 2008. Lars started their career at A. P. Moller - Maersk as a Manager in 1997 and has held various managerial roles in different locations including Maersk India Ltd, Maersk Pakistan Pvt Ltd, and A. P. Moller - Maersk.

Lars Koch obtained a Foundation of Business Leadership (FBL) degree from IMD in 2014. In 2007, they completed the Leadership Development Program at the Scandinavian International Management Institute (SIMI). In 2006, Lars Koch completed a program in Managing the Service Delivery System at SIMI. Additionally, in 2003, they completed a program in Building on Talent at IMD.
