Paolo Guglielmini

Mr. Guglielmini has been appointed CEO of MSC Software in October 2017, after leading the acquisition from Hexagon AB in 2017 and the subsequent integration phase. Since joining Hexagon in 2010, he served in multiple roles in business development, product management and M&A, ultimately as EVP of Business Development. He has been highly instrumental in leading Hexagon's evolution from a leader in dimensional metrology to a provider of software-centric quality solutions across the lifecycle. Previously, he served as Consultant at Accenture in the Technology practice and Project Leader at CERN (the European Organization for Nuclear Research). Mr. Guglielmini holds an MSc. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the IMD Business School.
