Neil Pradhan

Neil Pradhan is an accomplished professional in product design and user experience, currently serving as Vice President of Product Design for Private Capital at MSCI Inc. since June 2023. With a robust background in UX design, Neil previously held the position of Associate Director for the Private Capital Platform at Burgiss, which was acquired by MSCI. Prior experience includes roles as Lead UX Designer at Morgan Stanley and Senior User Experience Designer at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and AIG. Neil’s expertise encompasses user-centered design, UX research, and collaboration with stakeholders to meet business and user requirements. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Computer Interaction from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai.
