Nikki Ferreira

Nikki Ferreira is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR operations across multiple regions, including EMEA and APAC. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Burgiss, Nikki oversees HR functions in South Africa, Bulgaria, the United Kingdom, and Singapore, leading a team of five HR professionals and supporting over 400 employees. Previous roles include Associate Director of Human Resources at Ipreo, Senior People Business Partner at Bupa, and HR Business Partner at the Financial Ombudsman Service, among others. Nikki holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Bedfordshire and an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology from Stellenbosch University, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in HR and psychology.
