Karen Vaughan

Karen Vaughan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, healthcare, and management. Currently serving as the Principal Human Resource Business Partner at the Ministry of Social Development since December 2020, Karen also operates as a Business Consultant through Karen Vaughan Business Solutions since August 2019. Previous roles include General Manager at Better Health Moorhouse Ltd, General Manager Clinical Governance Support at Nelson Malborough District Health Board, and Audit Manager for the Accredited Employer programme at ACC. Karen has held significant positions, such as National Manager Coronial Services at the Ministry of Justice New Zealand and Regional Health Services Manager at the Department of Corrections.
