Tiffany. P. Frans

Tiffany P. Frans is an experienced professional in risk management and assurance, currently serving as the Manager of Risk Planning & Assurance at the Ministry of Social Development since January 2024. Previously, Tiffany held the role of Principal Risk Advisor at Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency from November 2020 to December 2023 and worked as a Risk Advisor at Wellington City Council from May 2018 to November 2020. Earlier in Tiffany's career, roles included Auditor at KPMG New Zealand from 2015 to April 2018 and Team Leader of the Global Talent Team at AIESEC New Zealand from March 2013 to July 2014, where responsibilities involved training and leading a team in the exchange process. Tiffany's experience also includes a role as Bookkeeper at Graeme Withers Law from January 2012 to October 2013, focusing on account management and GST calculations. Tiffany holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Victoria University of Wellington, obtained between 2011 and 2014.
