Kristy M.

Kristy M. is an experienced senior human resources leader currently serving as the ANZ Senior Human Resources Leader at MSD Australia & New Zealand since April 2011. Prior to this role, Kristy M. was the Head of Human Resources for Oncology Oceania at Novartis from September 2006 to April 2011. In 2006, Kristy M. held the position of Human Resources Manager at both UGL Rail and UGL Infrastructure, and at Getronics from 1996 to 2006. Kristy M. holds a Master of Human Resource Management with a focus on HR and Conflict Resolution from Charles Sturt University (2004-2006) and a Bachelor of Business specializing in Human Resource Management and Psychology from Charles Sturt University (1997-2003).
