Mari Swayne

Mari A. Swayne, Ed.S., serves as the Director of Human Resources for the MSD of Lawrence Township since July 2018, complementing a diverse career in educational leadership. Prior roles include Director at the McKenzie Center for Innovation & Technology and Director of the Pike Career & STEM Center at MSD Pike Township. With experience spanning positions from Assistant Principal to Dean of Students and Business & IT Career Academy Director, Mari Swayne has also contributed as an adjunct and associate faculty member at various institutions. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Education, a Master of Science in Student Affairs & Higher Education Administration, an Educational Specialist degree in Superintendency and Educational System Administration, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership and Administration from Indiana State University.
