Markus Scherer

Markus Scherer has extensive experience in quality assurance and management within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Director of Quality and Site Quality Head for Human Health at MSD Deutschland since September 2020. Prior roles include Associate Director of Quality Assurance at MSD Werthenstein BioPharma GmbH, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing biologics and steriles quality assurance, conducting inspections, and approving various quality agreements. Earlier positions involved managing analytical chemistry projects at Schering-Plough Research Institute and serving as Project Manager for Quality Control at Sika Technology AG.
