Lukasz Wiktor

Lukasz Wiktor is an experienced professional with a robust background in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as the Head of Omnichannel at mBank S.A. since June 2010. With a focus on omnichannel excellence, customer experience management, and digital business growth, Lukasz has held several key positions at mBank, including Head of Processes Excellence and Automation, Head of Contact Center, and Deputy Director of the Contact Center. Additionally, Lukasz has contributions outside mBank as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at mServices and previously served on the Supervisory Board of Call Center Poland.
