Monika Heiler

Monika Heiler has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Monika is currently working at msgGillardon AG as the Head of Sales for the MARZIPAN business unit since January 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Sales Managerin at the same company since September 2020.

Before joining msgGillardon AG, Monika worked at CAS Software AG from 2016 to 2020. Monika served as the Geschäftsführerin of CAS Education from September 2017 to September 2020. Additionally, they held the role of Leiterin Customer Success and was a member of the Geschäftsführung at CAS Education from October 2016 to September 2017.

Monika also has extensive experience at msgGillardon AG, starting from 2000. Monika worked as a Partner from January 2015 to October 2016 and as the Abteilungsleiterin Professional Services from January 2008 to December 2014. Prior to that, they held various consultant roles, including Senior Consultant, from October 2000 to December 2007.

In 1999, Monika had a brief internship at Merck Ltd. in Bangkok, Thailand, where they worked on the conception and implementation of a Balanced Scorecard project for the Pharmaceutical Division of the company. Monika managed the project team during this time.

Monika also gained valuable experience at Robert Bosch GmbH. Monika worked as a Werkstudentin from April 1999 to September 1999 and as a Praktikantin im Praxissemester from July 1998 to January 1999.

Their earliest work experience was as a Reiseverkehrskauffrau (Travel Agent) at Reisebüro Wöhrle GmbH from September 1995 to October 1996.

Monika Heiler holds a Diplom-Betriebswirtin degree in International Business from Pforzheim University. Monika also obtained a Diplom degree from Gillardon financial software GmbH. Prior to that, they completed their Diplom-Betriebswirtin (FH) degree in International Business, English, and French from Pforzheim University. Monika started their education by earning a Reiseverkehrskauffrau degree from Thomas Cook Reisebüro, Pforzheim, and obtained their Allgemeine Hochschulreife from Melanchthongymnasium Bretten.
