Brian Bradford

Brian Bradford has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Brian is currently the VP of Product UX & Design at Aeon Hire, where they lead a team focused on HR tech and empowering individuals to find their professional purpose. Prior to this, Brian served as the VP of Product Experience & Design at MSH.

In 2014, Brian founded Rogue Republik, a brand lifestyle company that produces apparel. Brian was the Founder & Art Director, overseeing the creation of unique and inspiring products.

Before that, Brian worked as the Director of Product Experience & Design at Boxy Charm. Brian also had a significant tenure at SR Technologies (SRT Group), where they served as the Head of Design & UX Architect, leading a multidisciplinary team in creating national security products. Brian was later appointed as the Sr. Interaction Designer, focusing on providing effective UX solutions.

Other notable positions include being a Sr. Interaction Designer/Art Director at Magic Leap, an Art Director at Citrix Systems leading the design team for the Citrix R&D division, and a Product Designer at Citrix Systems, where they managed and developed user interface visual design initiatives for the company's flagship product.

Brian started their career as a Web Designer/HTML email Marketer at Rewards Network and later worked as a Graphic/Web Designer at Ernst & Young LLP, where they were involved in designing corporate identities, websites, and interactive media projects.

Brian Bradford attended St. John's University from 1997 to 1998, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Brian then pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a concentration in Web design at Rutgers University from 1998 to 2001.
