Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer support experience
  • Possess strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must possess problem-solving ability
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Be positive and have a driven attitude
  • Experience with CRM systems and best practices
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task, strong time management

Responsibilities:

  • Handling 35+ inbound calls daily
  • Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle email inquiries, routing calls to the appropriate departments
  • Keep record of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback, as this information may be used for analysis and improvement purposes.
  • Uploading documents to existing client files
  • Handling customer requests and resolving issues with a high degree of empathy and understanding
  • Evaluating Credit Reports, and advising clients on ways to improve credit scores
  • Provide accurate and timely information about our services
  • Resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction thus to maintain client retention
  • Asking for referrals
  • Meeting or exceeding performance goals
  • Continuously learning about services, and industry trends to provide better service to customers
