Walter Mitchell

Walter Mitchell is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the motorsports industry. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at MSI Defense Solutions since April 2021, Walter has previously held key positions, including Engineering Integration Manager at STEWART-HAAS RACING, LLC from October 2016 to April 2021, and Lead Chassis Engineer at both Richard Childress Racing from July 2009 to October 2016 and Triad Racing Technologies from January 2006 to January 2010. Additionally, Walter was the Head Chassis Engineer at Robert Yates Racing from January 2003 to December 2005. Walter earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology between 1984 and 1987.
