Jennifer Edenburn

Jennifer Edenburn, PHR has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Jennifer is currently working at MSI Express as the Chief People Officer since February 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Resources Director at MSI Express from January 2020 to February 2022.

Before joining MSI Express, Jennifer worked at Power Packaging, A DHL Company. Jennifer served as the Human Resources Director from May 2018 to January 2020. Prior to that, they held the positions of Area Human Resources Manager from July 2017 to May 2018 and Human Resources Manager from June 2015 to July 2017.

Jennifer's earlier work experience includes their tenure at Target. From August 2008 to 2014, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner, Distribution, where they acted as a strategic HR partner for a large distribution center. Before that, they served as a Senior Human Resources Specialist, Group 192, Stores, from February 2005 to August 2008, supporting multiple retail stores in Illinois, Indiana, and Iowa. Jennifer also worked as an Executive Team Leader in both Human Resources and Operations/Logistics roles from August 2000 to February 2005, where they led and directed various store-level processes and supervised teams.

Jennifer Edenburn, PHR, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education/Teaching of Spanish from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Jennifer also completed a Year Abroad Program at the Universitat de Barcelona. In 2015, Jennifer obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
