Patricia Aprill

Patricia Aprill has an extensive work experience spanning several industries. Patricia started their career at KPMG US as a Supervising Senior Auditor, providing accounting and auditing services to various clients. Patricia then joined Centre Group Holdings (U.S.) Ltd., a Subsidiary of Zurich Insurance, where they served as Senior Vice President, Controller, and Treasurer. In this role, they were responsible for the global accounting function and reported results for a reinsurance operation. Patricia also gained expertise in accounting for various types of business.

Aprill then joined Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, where they held the position of Chief Financial Officer for Zurich Centrally Managed Businesses. During their tenure, they were responsible for the global finance function of five material reporting units with diverse products. Patricia also assumed roles as CFO of all Centre Group companies and served on key management committees.

In 2014, Aprill joined Hamilton USA as Senior Vice President of Finance. Here, they played a crucial role in establishing the Finance function, overseeing various financial operations, including planning, treasury, tax, audit, and reporting.

Most recently, Aprill joined MSIG Holdings (Americas), Inc. - Mitsui Sumitomo Marine Management (U.S.A.), Inc. as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Patricia currently holds this position, responsible for the company's financial operations.

Patricia Aprill completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Villanova University from 1984 to 1988. Patricia then went on to pursue a Masters of Science in Taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University, which they completed from 1995 to 1998. In terms of additional certifications, Patricia obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from Pennsylvania in 1997 and the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) certification from the AICPA in 2012.
