Stephanie currently holds the position of Vice President & Claim IT and Applications Manager at MSIG Holdings (U.S.A.), Inc. - Mitsui Sumitomo Marine Management (U.S.A.), Inc., where they have been working since 2015. Prior to this, they served as Assistant Vice President, National Claims Operations & Technology at the same company from 2020 to 2022 and as Claims Application Manager from 2015 to 2020.

Stephanie then transitioned to the role of Senior Business Analyst - Predictive Modeling from 2005 to 2009. From there, they became the Business Analyst Manager - Claims, responsible for managing and mentoring a team of business analysts in the claims department, including supporting legacy production claims systems and developing new claims systems.

Stephanie Rocereta obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree with a concentration in Finance from Duquesne University. Stephanie attended the university between 1983 and 1987.
