Dylan Mouratsing has extensive work experience in data strategy and audience planning. Dylan is currently the Chief Data Officer at mSix&Partners, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this role, they were a Partner and Global Head of Data Strategy at the same company from July 2021 to January 2023. Before joining mSix&Partners, Dylan worked at The&Partnership as the Global Head of Audience Planning from July 2019 to July 2021. Dylan also held the position of EMEA Head of Audience Planning at both The&Partnership and mSix&Partners from 2018 to 2019. Dylan's career started at Kantar TNS as a Junior Analyst in 2003, and they have since held various positions related to data analysis and planning at companies such as Clear Channel UK, NHS, Kinetic Worldwide, and Manning Gottlieb OMD.

Dylan Mouratsing began their education by obtaining a Diploma in Excellence from the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising, which they completed between 2011 and 2012. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from the University of the West of England from 2001 to 2005. In terms of additional certifications, Dylan obtained an Excellence Diploma from the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising in August 2012, and later received the Accredited MIPA accreditation from the IPA in March 2016. Furthermore, they completed the Google Cloud Machine Learning for Business Professionals certification in August 2020, the Product Ideation, Design, and Management Specialization from the University of Maryland in September 2022, and the Trade Desk Edge Academy Certified: Executive Program from The Trade Desk in June 2022.
