Celene Tighe has worked in the hospitality industry since 2012. Celene began as a Language Tutor at Komalingua in 2012 and then moved on to become a Spa Administrator at Hilton Buenavista Toledo in 2013. In 2014, they became a Front Desk Assistant at The Cavendish London and in 2015, they were a Reservations and Revenue Manager and Reservations Supervisor at Red Carnation Hotels - part of the TTC family of brands. In 2021, Celene took on the role of Customer Success Associate at Piclo, where their main responsibilities included customer support, rewriting product support articles and creating webinar content for a new user guide. Finally, Celene is currently a Team Leader: Customer delivery at msk.ai.
Celene Tighe completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Management and Spanish from the University of Surrey in 2014. Prior to that, they attended Chatham Grammar School for Girls from 2003 to 2010 and achieved A-Levels in Business Studies.
