Martin Kowollik

Martin Kowollik serves as the Head of Technology Department and Head of Apprenticeship at MSM GROUP since May 2025. Prior to this role, Martin held positions at International Flavors & Fragrances from February 2021 to May 2025, including Head of Apprenticeship and Site Maintenance Leader/MIQA Leader. Experience also includes a tenure at DuPont from June 2019 to February 2021 as Site Maintenance/MIQA Leader and a significant period at Dow Bomlitz from July 2007 to May 2019, where responsibilities involved leading the Mechanical & Electrical Services and acting as Six Sigma Champion and Global Improvement Leader. Earlier career experiences at Bayer MaterialScience from February 1993 to June 2007 included roles as Technical Production Leader, Production Engineer, Project Manager Engineering, and Project Leader for SAP Implementation. Martin holds a Dipl.-Ing. in Mechanical Engineering from Rheinisch-Westfaelische Technische Hochschule Aachen, completed in 1992.
