Michal Polak

Michal Polak currently serves as the Chief Logistics Officer at MSM Group, starting in January 2024, where the role encompasses the management of a full logistics agenda. Prior to this position, Michal held various leadership roles at Tatra Trucks a.s. from August 2019 to December 2023, including Logistics Department Manager, overseeing a team of four and managing three warehouse managers and over 80 operators across multiple warehouse types and extensive storage areas. From August 2012 to March 2019, Michal worked at Brembo Czech s.r.o. as an experienced warehouse leader and held positions such as warehouse supervisor and supply chain specialist, focusing on leadership and logistics in both greenfield projects and continuous operations. Michal's educational background includes a Maturita degree in Economics and Finance from OA F-M, achieved between 2001 and 2005.
