Khushboo Arora

Khushboo Arora has held multiple roles in various companies over the years. Khushboo began their career in 2004 as a Customer Service Representative at Hutchinson 3 Global Services Pvt Limited. In 2007, they joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Team Manager, where they provided support to all employee related activities and facilitated efficient quality services in all programs. In 2015, they moved to Zimmber as an AGM. In 2017, they joined Lodhagroups as a Manager - Customer Care. In 2019, they joined NDW Group as a Senior Manager, where they were responsible for leading the CRM team and managing collectibles from customers. Also in 2019, they became a Founding Member and Head of Sales & Marketing at MSMEx.

Khushboo Arora completed their Higher Secondary degree from Don Bosco school, Mumbai in 2003. Khushboo then pursued a Business Management degree in Marketing from University of Mumbai between 2003 and 2006. In 2017, they completed a PGDM- Operations degree from Welingkar Institute of Management. Additionally, they have also obtained a certification from NextMBA in the Marketing course.
