Dr. Sujiv Nair

Dr. Sujiv Nair, PhD, currently serves as the Chief People Officer at MSN Laboratories, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Dr. Nair was the Group Chief Human Resource Officer at Re Sustainability Limited from March 2019 to September 2025, where responsibilities included HR strategy development and alignment across multiple continents for a diverse workforce. Experience also includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge, where Dr. Nair contributed to strategic vision and corporate relations, and as HR Director for South Asia at DuPont, managing HR functions for over 4,000 employees. Dr. Nair's earlier roles include leadership positions in HR and operations at Tech Mahindra, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, and Asian Paints. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Psychology with a focus on Skill Development from the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad, along with an MPhil in Strategic Management, an MBA, and additional qualifications in Chemical Technology and Six Sigma Black Belt.
